She entered into my core sweetly,

A mesmerising beauty with

Fragrant cups of happiness.

As my soul danced and swooned,

Elevated by her matchless sacrifice,

I heard the melody of her symmetry,

Felt the resonance of her natural flute.

Such music! Such inner Delight!

Long was my wait for this magical moment;

Sweet, sweeter, sweetest was my Joy.

My Heart soared, with the elegance of an eagle,

Echoed with the eloquence of the lark;

I cried unashamedly with tears of Love.

My rose, my all, today you came into my life,

And kissed my Soul,

Lighting my breath with your resplendence;

Placing your offering, on a bosom flooded with thy Bliss.

"Come! Come! Come! Come one and all,

Let us adorn our being with the breath of roses;

Sing praises to their immaculate purity;

Dancing in rhythm to their wafts of Delight."

The Soul of The Rose

The beauty of a rose

"no more despondency Your life shall become

The beauty of a rose,

The song of the dawn,

The dance of twilight..." --Sri Chinmoy

Rumi's Poetry

Quotes on Love.

Love is the yearning of the one for the One;

The birthless, matchless and deathless journey,

The very pulse of Life.

"He who loves never grows old.

God is a shinning example." -Sri Chinmoy.

      This "magical moment" created by your poetic eloquence is another special offering. I always like the addition of Sri Chinmoy's quotes.

      In my humble opinion, Ruby should have a piece dedicated to her weekly. Good people deserve recognition.

      Love to you both

      Thank you, Eric.

      I have written about two or three on the rose itself: It fragrance, its sacrifice, its selfless gift to Mother Earth -more than any other flower. So special! So glad that you seem them every morning. Great season!

      This is a real good one bro. Our roses are blooming at peak. Each morning when we take off for our day we stop and smell them and it really does do something magical to our hearts. Thank you for giving all of us this work of beauty.

      Wow! You're quick!

      Or let's call it poet's fault. I'm always doing things even when I think I'm done. Ha ha.

      Still, you've managed to capture the essence of the poem; of the Soul of the rose and the Hub itself in your very touching, loving and heartfelt comment. Gratitude ... Glory be!
