Cute, innocent, charming | Source

They come, God’s angels,

Flying the banner of Love Divine.

Flooded with purity incarnate,

Their natural beauty shines,

Like the temple of the sun.

Sweet elegance, you adorn their guileless smiles,

Their immaculate eyes, peering through my Soul

To make me soft, like snowflakes.

I stand in awe of their presence;

Wonder at the magical rapture of creation.

O birth! You have pierced my Soul

With the arrow of Love,

Shining with the opulence of heaven,

In the peerless lustre of thy being.

Quotes from a luminary

“If you have any wrong thoughts, impure thoughts - no matter what is in your mind - look at a flower. As soon as you look at a flower, your mind becomes beautiful, your mind becomes pure, your mind becomes fragrant. If you look at a flower, your mind will be filled with pure thoughts. But you have to look at the flower most sincerely and intensely.” -Sri Chinmoy.

“Purity is the Light of our soul expressing its divinity through the body, the vital and the mind. When we are pure, we gain everything. If we can retain our purity, we will never lose anything worth keeping…” -Sri Chinmoy

Quotes from a Seer

"Life is nothing but the expansion of love. We can cultivate divine love by entering into the Source. The Source is God, who is all Love." -Sri Chinmoy.

“Only a purity-heart
Is permitted to pray
In the soul’s silence-temple.” -Sri Chinmoy

No matter what happens,
Do not lose hope,
For once hope is gone,
Everything is gone.” -Sri Chinmoy

Quotes from a Seer

“"Who is the winner? Not he who wins but he who has established his cheerful oneness with the result, which is an experience in the form of failure or success, a journey forward or a journey backward." -Sri Chinmoy.

“One has to all the time feel others' sufferings as one's very own. Sympathy has to be the first and foremost thing in one's life, sympathy and the feeling of oneness.” -Sri Chinmoy

      Ah, my Brother.

So glad you came. Write to me so I have your address. I couldn't find you on Hub Pages.

So happy to hear about your brother's grandson, and glad that you enjoyed yourself. Send me the link.

Yes, children and flowers have always been awesome and Guruji has always been a credit to the Indian soil as well as the world at large. God bless you, Bro. Loving thoughts.

Wow, Brother! This is so nice and sweet. I am sorry that I missed such wonderful inspirational poem dedicated to me. I was attending a thread ceremony function of my elder brother's grandson on 20th and 21st. I posted many photos also on Facebook. It was very nice to see him at so young age of 10 years only going through the rituals.

Children and Flowers (even fresh leaves) are so delicate and pure. The quotes from Chinmoy are great. Look at a flower and you will feel so happy and purified with bliss. That's 100% true.

The images shared by you and the prayer also very nice.

      Thank you very much, bro.

How beautiful! Children are such a priceless gift. They possess a purity, a "genuineness", a lack of guile that we lose as we age and gain what we "think" is wisdom. They have the perfection of flowers that brings us back to what is right and honest and good. My little one certainly makes me a better human being.

      Eric,

Do you have roses? Awesome, aren't they? Not quite like the new- born though. They melt the Heart.

I need to do some trimming and cutting myself. Good weather here. God's willing, Wednesday, perhaps. Thanks Bro.

Wow this is good. I was gardening yesterday. Of course I strive to make the garden beautiful which means changing it. I had to let go of criticism of the way it was and just go with the pure flow of change.

Children and flowers are beautiful because they are born with innocence. Innocence is the greatest gift of God.

      Nice poem bro.

This is so beautiful and divine!

Whenever you are worried or depressed, be in the company of a child and you can feel that God himself is giving you company. So innocent and pure are these God's gifts. And you expressed the theme so beautifully with beautiful pictures.

Thanks for sharing this tribute to Venkatachari Ji!
