Weave the Words!
Threading letters to needle words
That spin on to poem a verse
Creating a warm ambience
For the readers' cool temper!
Spurts of weird imagination
Knitted with fanciful thoughts
Dyed of deep emotions
Produce a fine fabric!
Huddling in the warmth of linen
The poet spreads the transparent cloth
Across his nigh-drawn admirers
Who consider it a privilege
To be at their bard's arm-length!
The heat passes on rapidly
And, enthusiastically, glows
At all and sundry alike
Attributing name and fame
To the original sparker!
The head holding the halo
Pleased with igniting quite a number
Rocks restlessly on a wooden chair
Still contemplating on the unknit words
To be woven at its own leisure!
Ably aided by his fans' support
Proceeds the penner
To weave on the words
For further spin of thrill and joy
Though he may naturally be coy!
The head-spin Earth and the weaver Waves
Blush at the works of this humble Man!
