On the way back home –the poem

Barren musings of mind

Heart to throw on the way to home,

Terrain rustic so bright

Nerd is the meaning learnt from.

No aim no fame nothing

Just a pot full with untammed desires,

No talk no dream soothing

Only few handfull of forgotton wishes.

Trust is meaning revrese pawn

Spirit is wonded veil of darkest fathom,

Crust of softness fake clown

Yet no silhouted passion true random.

Cartooned affair to mimicry

Heart burnings to light the path vanity,

Even so a lover to harakiry

Fortune dazzle in the flight to eternity.

Crumbled past warmth freezing

Countdown to start up the escapede,

From sense to enigma alluring

Row of inner minds to face a stampede.

Dying once again now

Fading time on the way back home,

Silent hug from thou

Craving hymn from the nub rove.

Breathing thy love

Till I close my eyes ,

Yet few steaps are left

On the way back home.

'Aae he haste khelte maikhane me firaaq, jab pee chuke sharaab to sanjeeda ho gaye'...this couplet is the gist of your poem...thats very true...' proceeding to the sunset of life recalls every moment of the past & then theres a hurry to touch the finish line in time within norms!....its a beautiful poem with lots of philosophy!... voted up+++ dear !!!

This reminds me of "The Road Less Taken"...probably because it is wonderful and a 'traveling' poem. So well done and touching.

      Voted up and awesome.
