admiration is an instinct
geniuses manipulate my prodigy
sufficient approach is worthy of a notion
the old legend barely knows
your armies of angels
who expose the passion of your spirit
musical electric chairs await without surprise
the new system will create miracles
the religion I once knew before
helped me find guilt & shame
Jesus was a trouble maker in his own time
turning water into wine
lights tore through any old mysteries
all the doing in me is a novelty
desire in this life yields me to withdraw
imagine cold intoxicated lost children
taught to believe only in experience
maintaining ideas passed onto them
acquired elements can change angles
something unique reveals something made
shared words on a page look watched

I looked at this poem when I was young helping my cousin who was the paper boy. Our world was so different and we had different responsibilities and challenges. The things that were important then are so different now. I don't know if I would ever want to go back to that time even though many good times were enjoyed. Winter is not ready to leave with each day of more snow and cold wind reminders. Spring will come. When nature says it's time not as soon as I would like it. Enjoy every day and whatever weather it may be.

Changing tides, you packed a lot into one poem. I won't try to decypher it but it did the job of making me exercis my mind. Well done.

You keep me quessing on this poem. I am going to read it again and try to figure it out. Hope your day gets better and better. You have every right to bring out your best and share it with others who love your work.
