Papers Addiction

Updated on May 10, 2010

A Rorschach Ink Blot

Ink ink ink slide it all over me.

And skip every other

Line in-between.

Don’t stop now cover me

Ignore all others its only you an I now.

I’m perfect And dirty.

That hand is boney and frail

Still strong enough to put the

Ink ink ink to me.

I will always be here

But the hand with me as its obsession

Will eventually cease Its pen will run low

Making it obsolete no longer willing to

Coerce me.

Nether the less your ink will always be

Alive through me.

Ahh, the power of words; powerful inside us, demanding to get out and have a life of their own. My own paper addiction is lying beside me as I type, full of self-editing and scribbles in the margins. This is a beautiful piece that I think a writer or artist of any medium can relate to.
