Patterns of line and space

fill a page,

a book,

a mind.

The language of words,

of emotion

of art

of music--

When arrayed thoughtfully,

coherence.

When dissembled

and strewn,

chaos.

But even in that instant

the art,

the import of thought,

is revealed

through the tenacity of vision

of the artist.

And so I strew sand-

Watch it fall,

glistening in sun of

whites and tans

which dissemble and join

in the same moment.

Just lovely Audrey. I believe that we sort of paint each day ourselves and the days that make us sad are in shades of black and white while the other have many different colors.

AudreyHowitt - the tenacity of an artist and their vision is something that has always fascinated me. Sometimes analyzing the creative process is just as beautiful as the final outcome.
