Place for you

Place for you

Lost and drifting

On a clear blue current

This thing we call life

Im all alone

And im screaming

For someone to hold me

Just then I see it

Arms reaching from the deepest darkest place

Of the waters

They grab hold of me

And shake and rattle

Twist and turn

And throw me far

I land in dirt and dust

In a dank cave

With an odor that is crisp and bites at my nostrils

Its dark but I can see the soft blue glow

As it passes by

The river of life

Streams on by

And something grabs me from behind

And throws me against a wall

Chains wrap around me

And pull me to the caves floor

I look around the best I can and see others

These souls have turned dark

And are trapped here

They are Gaunt and starved

Not of Food

But of love

I hear a voice in my ear

Welcome home

I look up to see the darkest soul of all

A Skeletal figure wrapped in dark robes with a creaking jaw

And empty eyes

The reaper himself stands before me

Where am I?

I ask

The place for the damned

For the lonely

Welcome to hell!

He said throwing his arms wide

As he did the chains began to burn

And flames kicked up around me

And he burned away

Muttering

Welcome to the place for the rejected

The place Just for you

Than the flames went out

And everything went black

And I was alone
