Pleasure to Shape-(Terza Rima Poem)

Words circle in code above my head

Silence is met, my eyes glancing away

Power sells as never saying sorry and blushing red

Injuries lie in softness

Transmuting barriers

Snuffling truffles that lie deep like hidden fortresses

Recovering the lost and found

Inky blue black silence of the night

Impregnates seeds for ideas bound

...pleasure has no logic; it never treads in its own footsteps....

— Alexander Smith

Faith and hope say her slow to start

Relish and savour conch shell gestation

Fusion with blinding darkness impart

Anticipated pleasure to shape

Soft pinks dapple and streak the landscape

If my poem was able to transport you to a world within or a new world to explore, then I feel the idea (s) has found its path. You just never know....

At first I felt that I was underwater. Then I read it again and wasn't so sure. Wherever it is it sure feels good. Thanks

The relationship of pain and pleasure in the abstract laced with anticipation. Nice!

Sometimes random thoughts and images can be thrown up into the void and form into something rather special, as in this case. Interesting work Three Keys.
