Poem: Stripped of Humanity

Updated on August 8, 2012

Loss of Freedom

Taken Against One's Will....

Taken against one's will, abducted, stripped of all human rights.

Tormented, bullied, mocked and tossed into the perils of fright.

Solidarity and a plan to destroy a common foe,

what's important is that she must never know.

Cloaked in secrecy, insidious it must always be,

we'll teach her a lesson so she'll never be free....

Keep her guessing, and to never really be sure,

pain and suffering daily she must endure.

After some time a grave illness she'll acquire,

And off she'll go, a metaphoric funeral pyre.....
