Poem: The Horseman with Two Faces
He Has Tarnished My Existence
The Horseman with Two Faces
The two faces, one facing east, the other, west, always at war, truth forever twisted. He frolics through life dressing his world as if good, almost saintly, but underneath, always cloaked in evil.
He has delusional motives, seducing society with his tainted character, a mark that resides in darkness, never quite understanding the higher purpose of his ultimate missions, as if there were one, the impoverished soul's submission is what is necessary and must be brought to fruition.
Ah, but the actor knows no bounds, with his highest calling and his mask of deception, lack of conscience, he is exempt from morality, unable to see the clarity that a positive energy is the proper axis.
He fights the daily pull for he carries with him a burden, a tremendous sadness of not quite fitting in, being different from the rest, spiritually flawed.
Ignored by his blood ties, he is desperate to be accepted, but this creature has lost his way and has succumbed to eternal decay. Or maybe not? Will goodness win out, shepherding him to the far side where kindness hides, transcending the darkness into the light? This once diseased structure might finally reach new height.....
