Poems and Poetry:Uncommon Beauty

Updated on March 3, 2012

Amazing Woman

I was enthralled by your uncommon beauty

Your look clamped about my heart in an

Unyielding vise

I’ve never experienced this type of strangely

Provocative stirrings

Your feminine fragrance seemed far more

Intoxicating than a bottle of gin

I never imagined that such alluring quintessence

Of femininity could be embodied in just one woman

My contact with you have undoubtedly heightened

My sensitivity to wayward imaginations

No man in his right mind will resist the magnetic

Pull of your exquisite beauty

Your proximity stirred feelings I’d previously

Considered benumbed

Ghimire thanks for your comment. You make me feel wonderful because you could picture the woman just from the poetry.

      The woman in your poetry

      stands before me

      I can smell her

      I can hear her

      I can touch her.
