Poems and Poetry: My Life is Enchanced

Updated on March 3, 2012

My Life is Enhanced

I love you and I want the world

To know of it

I’ll make you part of me to the

Extent that:

When you’re sick I’ll be sick

When you’re tired I’ll be tired

When you weep I’ll weep

When you laugh I’ll laugh

Your future will be my future

Your pain my pain

Your happiness my happiness

My life has been enhanced

The same way a woman’s hands

Can be enhanced by jewels and

The wrist and neck by bracelets

And necklaces

When I’m with you everything

Else in the world is excluded

We live under a veil

A veil that let nothing and no

One else into our own private world.
