Point of View (poem)

Updated on October 18, 2015

Now everything seems in its proper place

The night so long a plan will soon be here

And hopes will fade where memories appear

To put a smile or two upon her face

Now everything looks fine as time draws near

The night which took forever to embrace

And hopes will fade as memories replace

Is he behind the singing which I hear

I hope you like the night which I have planned

As long as I am spending it with you

You look so grand I plead to take your hand

I will not break around my waist will do

Your ride awaits our love is on demand

Well let’s not keep them from our point of view

Interesting take. Cute and sweet or charming, I'd say. Cool!
