Poor Gigolo (limerick)

Updated on June 11, 2013

Oh I was a real gigolo

With girls who would pay me I’d go

But they were not dumb

As soon I’d succumb

Our date would all come from my dough

I love this; and drjb's comment had me laughing too. "Ther'se no such thing as a free lunch."

Martin, those pretty gals at the table

Surround you like a very cute bunch.

Guess you learned your lesson the hard way,

There's no such thing as a free lunch.

Romeo, was that a dumb blonde joke? Because, if so, I represent that remark. ;) Just kidding - anytime a guy is forking out his own dough, along with a little old fashioned chivalry is a good thing. Girls are definitely no dummies when it comes to that, though perhaps the gigolo might be to fall for it.
