Precious Angels that never made it

Updated on December 26, 2011

I was listening to the News yesterday 11 December, about a Lady in Milton Keynes (UK) who lost her baby a few months ago, due to some Medical errors. She asked for a Caesarean but it was delayed. Eventually they did it. The baby was delivered, but, she died in less than an hour. Full Story

This would have been Baby Ebony’s first Christmas. There have also been lots of knife killings in London and so many innocent lives lost - parents losing their kids at the snap of a finger. It led me to write this.

John-Paul Massey, 4. Attacked by Pittbull dog, Liverpool Nov 09

Poem - Precious Angels

To all who have lost their precious ones this year,

No doubt, words can’t express the pain you bear.

It’s a time no one is ever prepared for,

When a child happens to walk through Heaven’s door.

Some things in life we’ll just never understand.

Was it fate or life just dealing a bad hand?

What did we do to deserve such a loss?

Why should we have to carry such a heavy cross?

Lance Corporal Adam Drane, 23. The 100th British soldier killed in Afghanistan 09

Shakilus Townsend, 16. Stabbed by gang in July 09

Do take heart, Your Angel is around you,

Watching over you daily - seeing all you do.

You stare long and tenderly at their photo, wiping away a Tear,

they whisper to you gently “I love you and I’m always here”.

.

Be at peace. Feel the love of your precious one.

Their presence always around you, never gone.

Cherish all the good memories you had,

for those treasured memories, please don’t be sad.

Celebrate their life. ((Hugs))

Rosimeiri Boxall, 19. (Vicar’s child) leapt to her death after attacked by bullies.

Rosimeiri was adopted by Rev Simon Boxall at the age of three, after being left in an orphanage in Brazil by her alcoholic mother at the time.

Parents Comments:

"She has given us so many moments of pure joy, and we are thankful for those times," they said in a statement. "We are sure that she is now safe in God the father's arms. No one can ever hurt her again. It will be wonderful to see her again one day. We continue to pray for those who are responsible for Rosi's death. We want them to know that we forgive them."

.

Ps. I put photo's in this Hub to give people a bit of an idea of what others are going through. I don't mean to get anyone more upset.

Messages....

This sentiment and the photos are very important. If we don't do anything, don't say anything it will escalate.

We have to get it out that this is NOT acceptable!

      Thank you, my UK friend.

** Hello Beata, thanks so much for your warm, encouraging comments. You have a big heart. Nice to read from you again. Kind Regards.

** Hi Ndudimma, thanks for sharing your story - that's beautiful. Medically, its advised not to have more than 2 Cesareans (can't spell that word. lol). You had 4! Four bundles of Joy that will make you a proud mum forever.

      Thanks for stopping. Best wishes.

**((Hugs)) Lita. I'm glad you got through it. I also like the name of that song "my love will see you through".

Thanks so much for your comments, Best wishes.

** Hi Skye2day, very touching comments - you wrote about hoping they would not get mad at God. I purposely didn't make this a religious Hub 'cos I thought, some people might be thinking. "God, why me?" and actually maybe, still angry, which is very natural. There are things even I am passing through now and I ask God "are you just gonna look at me passing through this situ"?. Honestly, some things, we just can not understand. Why bad things happen to good people. Remember Job, that innocent man.....his wife said, "curse God and die" but that's another story. He came out tops in the end though.

So, I agree with your comments and it's lovely to read from you again. Best Wishes and keep warm. It must be freezing where you are. lol. xx

Reading this story made me appreciate every blessing God has given me. I have four children and all of them were delivered through surgery, in one of the cases I had an infection and blood cloth, but the giver of life was sure by my side and he told me that it was not my time yet because I am still here loving my little ones. Thanks for reminding me of how blessed I am and I pray for God's comfort to anyone who has lost a loved one this season.

Beautiful, Elena, just plainly beautiful. Thank you for sharing your hub with me. You reminded us all what is the Christmas spirit really all about. Sharing and thinking about others, especially those less fortunate than us...I wish there would be more people like you and our world would be a better place for all of us. Love from Beata

Hi Lady, Beautiful Hub. I believe the Holy Spirit movement is on you girlfriend. You have a heart of compassion for others. You really are an angel and friend. I am HONORED to have a host of friends on HP. It is so amazing that through hubs and comments people from all walks of life, all around the globe can unite in friendship. God is awesome.

Children of God will be together one day, where there are no more tears, pain, suffering. The babies will be there. Our hope is in the one and only JESUS. I pray all the hurting parents have a relationship with Jesus and do not get mad at God. The devil wants to turn everyone from GOD. Yhe enemy knows his doomsday is coming.

I love this hub about losing loved ones because it brings memories. I hope and pray that those they left behind have now moved on. The messages put one's grief into place, too. Nice ones.

After my husband's death in 1999, I adopted a popular local song for the message it brings for my moving on, entitled, "My Love Will See You Through". Nice song.

Thanks, for giving the grieving, a time to stop, ponder on, and eventually- move on. Thanks, Lady_ E.

      Hi,

What you had written is an absolute truth “To all who have lost their precious ones this year, No doubt, words can’t express the pain you bear”. But at same time it reminds us that our days are numbered. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing such beautiful thoughts and poems here Lady_E. God considers the death of a saint to be precious, but death is very difficult for those who are left behind. I pray that those who have lost loved ones will be comforted by the words of this hub.
