The Boy Who Was Once Mine- 20/12/2015
The adorably cute little Joey celebrated his birthday
So all I wanted to give him was a kiss that day
Oh well, he ran so fast I couldn't keep it up
So simply kissing him I totally gave up.
He ran and hid behind the two legs of Mr.Pooh
He gave a little shy peek at me between the two
I was like, "Awww" such an adorable cute pair
How I wish to take both of them home to share and care.
Little Joey is just like my Joey who was once mine
He is supposed to be my youngest cousin brother of mine
Oh he too runs away and complains to his brothers
That I keep on chasing him to give kisses.
My Joey has this cute sweet laugh that captures my heart
I was always the main character in his stories from the start
He was mischievous, playful and sang songs which he had learnt
Acted out from the stories with his brothers from whom he learns.
I always waited for all the holidays so I could spend time with them
My Joey and I played cricket, even together watched baby tv with glee
A sweet complement whenever he imitated everything I did
He was a non-stop chatter box as a kid.
His elder brother Dr.Luke is a real gentleman
He's a serious caring smart young man
He used to give me nice head massages
And for a seven year old very helpful he was.
Joey's eldest brother Zion was cute and chubby
Joey always followed him like bubbly gummy
Zion was funny and very talented
In acting, singing and drama as he was passionate.
Little Joey keeps on reminding me of my younger cousins
Whom I have not met after the funeral of my dad's
The times that I spent playing games and hiding
Some nice memories with whom I did cycling.
The Man Of My Dreams-20/12/2015
The Sweetest Pooh is The Man Of My Dreams
How I wish to have him as my gift for Christmas
Then he'll be all mine, mine forever as
Whenever he doesn't talk to me I feel a bit jealous.
I tried to quit, be away as I felt so ashamed
When I don't see him I feel so sad and afraid
Is he safe? Is he well? Is he alright?
Since he's the unexpected blessing of mine.
Yes, he's shorter than I am but more closer to God
His sweet kind humble nature is what keeps me awed
His childlike characteristics and maturity in life
Keeps things interesting even in the midst of great strife.
The Sweetest Pooh is the second best whom I have met
He's the most fascinating charming character I have ever met
Whom I have written more than seventy odd poems
Inspired by the roller-coaster ride full of all kinds of emotions.
