Life Philosophies

Each individual has their own perspective about what life is all about. Philosophy is defined in many dictionaries and references as: The rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct; an overall vision of or attitude toward life and the purpose of life.

With age comes wisdom, hopefully, and an ever changing insight on how people perceive things as they age. Experience is the best teacher in life, yet sometimes taking advice from some of those more experienced than yourself can keep you out of situations you may prefer not to be in.

Some of the best quotes for life come from some of the world's top philosophers. Enjoy other points of view and theories on life that you may find similar to your own from some of the 20th centuries most popular philosophers.
