RAPTURE

feelings of rapture

are soaked within,

the snowy white mist

hugs the pine filled mountain of rapture,

speckled fireflies tryst

white streaks of angelic flow,

guiding me along the rapture

ricocheting from stepping stone to stepping stone, within,

glowing haze of pink blush,

dazzling the raspberry dashes

of cherry blossom trees,

new life is borne from the soft dream blush

that ecstatically beats my heart with ease,

bouquets of visions,

elevate and tranquilize the inner blush

of those past dashes

story told

in letters of gold,

etched in the cloudy reflections

shining from the boathouse lights bold,

my mind stares out with recollections,

the silent tap

of the sequestered waters, ahold

absorb spirit’s messages of gold

-*-

Thank you for stopping by and enjoying my poem.

First, you're welcome. Loved the colorful flow of this poem and the s-sound it made throughout. Sweet and somnolent ( in a good way).
