Ramblings, About Existence ( a poem of possibilities)
What if,,,we are all just the finished products, that of an extraterrestrial race,
Our place of origin, our birthrights, to be millions of miles, far out in space?
Perhaps our relatives, now live in the oceans, great domes on the sea's floor,
Watching, paying us a visit, now and then, to keep us honest, even the score.
What if there were other E.T.s that reside in homes within the poles,
They may have come to escape catastrophe, to save their very souls?
The Black Holes were really openings, gateways to a new dimension,
That we could travel light years away, through a vortex, its ascension?
What if Big foot and other odd creatures seen by many, to be for real,
Passengers aboard some ships, set loose on earth, R&R to steal?
What if an unidentified flying object came from bases upon the planet,
Creatures, big headed and bug-eyed, designated cousins, to man it?
What if visitors from other worlds, needed our resources on the earth,
Perhaps to have run dry, themselves, in search of our world of worth?
What if the people down here, off-springs of a monkey, and another E.T.,
The harry beasts of the forests, our forefathers, that we all fail to see?
What if our god, who's the benevolent creator, has given us all food for thought,
Has given us each permission, in asking "What if", of answers each has sought?
Answers to every question, a certainty, not to show; a universal god, ours to know,
His own creation, he allows, to ask if, or why, this in his own grace, does bestow.
You've heard ramblings, I wished to share, whether facts or fiction, extraordinaire,
On space ships, laughter heard, little aliens, giggling at every word, none to spare.
The possibilities are endless, my friend, My late night's work, has come to an end,
Please don't be disturbed if you can't comprehend, my best wishes I'd like to send.
