People say girls are not good for the job, they cannot perform well and same goes for boys in some jobs. This is called gender inequality.

4th RSB: Gender bias.

El sesgo de género lleva a la sensación de frustración y falta de motivación. (Gender bias leads to the feeling of frustration and lack of motivation.)

But the things need to be changed with time, the story of Elizabeth Blackwell perfectly fit under this category. She was the first woman doctor. During her time, there was no female doctor. When she went to different colleges to take admission, she was turned down every time. Fortunately, she was admitted in one, but there she was the only girl. Nobody talked to her and even criticized her.

But if you want something from the deep of your heart, no one can stop you. After two years, Blackwell was the best student in her class.

Though after completing the training, she could not get a job, she decided to open her own hospital. Later on, her hospital gained a good popularity. It became a relief center for many wounded soldiers. She also established a medical school for women to complete their wish to become a doctor.

Despite of the criticism, she remained focused on her work. She knew for what she had taken admission in the college, only to become a great doctor and thus, she was not afraid of the surrounding, the criticism, the isolation and the rest is history.

If you wish to get something truly from your heart, even The Almighty cannot stop you from getting it.

— Felishiya Fiamma

It is quite common that after winning, most of you enjoy your life and do not like to proceed further. You stop thinking practically, the taste of that success does not remain forever in people’s mind except you. They start looking for new ideas. So, why you need to get so much pleased with yourself when your success is short-lived and the road has not ended yet. You are still in the mid of its path.

Do not remain in the state of the complacency because you never know when the time would reverse and you will have to repent for it.

5th RSB: Complacency

Más adecuadamente, la complacencia es un control de carretera construida por nosotros mismos. (Most appropriately, complacency is a roadblock built by ourselves.)

Shiv Khera, the renowned inspirational guru and the writer of best-selling book You Can Win and of many others, never thought of working so hard in his life, until he lost all his ancestral property in a mishap. He became a failure but after that only he realized his mistake of being complacent. Today, he will not be listed as a failure, but a successful celebrity. When you learn from your mistakes and move ahead to improve them, you will never be called a failure, but a history indeed. If you have wealth, popularity, glamour and everything you wished for, it will not remain the same forever, unless you work in favor of it.

Moreover, you must always be aware of the fact that whatever you are doing is absolutely correct and there is no need of repentance. You just need to be focused and full of ambition. Being ambitious, you already achieve the half path of your success. And the rest depends on your code of conduct.

When a great team loses through complacency, it will constantly search for new and more intricate explanations to explain away defeat.

— Pat Riley

Never get disheartened if you do not have any measure at the time when you have just began with your dream. You need to be ambitious, you know it is in you just find it out. ”Believe Yourself”.

6th RSB: Lack of ambition

Es una gran cosa que aumente en el mundo. La ambición de hacerlo es la sal de la tierra. Es el padre de toda la empresa, y la causa de todas las mejoras. (It is a grand thing to rise in the world. The ambition to do so is the very salt of the earth. It is the parent of all enterprise and the cause of all improvement.)

Arindam Chauduri, renowned Indian economist and management guru, had nothing when he came to a metropolitan city from his hometown. He knew only one thing that he had gone there just to prove and raise himself. He started with a small step and then went ahead without looking back.

It’s your life, do not be just a face in the crowd of millions or billions. Gear up yourself. Take risks with positive attitude and right aim. If you have something in you, you need to be the best in that.

Louis Armstrong, American jazz trumpeter and singer, had to sing on streets to earn money for livelihood and his family. Later on, achieving greatness in his ability by himself and earning money after by his street singing, he went on to become a soulful singer.

By this, I am not saying you to come on streets and earn money. But, it is just to tell that never get rid of trying and hopeless by your situation. Only those people get the real success who are too busy to even think about it.

If you have a great ambition, take as big a step as possible in fulfilling it. The step may only be a tiny one, but trust that it may be the largest one possible for now.

— Mildred McAfee

Your life is a message to the world make sure it’s inspiring.
