Regroup And Find A New Perspective

Updated on May 11, 2012

What's Next

I like to think there is always a solution

We have to apply all our knowledge and keep looking for the answer that works

Sometimes it is easy as riding a bicycle

After your on a bike for a few minutes all the things you learned come racing back

What a peaceful feeling

Soon you even forget you forgot how to change gears

How hard it was to pedal in 5th gear

Think back and find all the things we love so much

Giving us a balance and a safety net

When we search for new solutions and none seem to be of any help

We have to relax and reassure ourselves

Look how far we have come

All the things that we have done

This eliminates those negative feelings and thoughts that suddenly appear

This will keep the anxiety to a controllable level

It may be uncomfortable but it is a neccessary progress in learning new things

There is no need to keep repeating the negative

Be aware of the thoughts that affect your thinking

The ones that interfere with your progress like..

I can't find it

I don't know what to do

There is no answer

Each time you say these things you put unnecessary pressure on yourself

As I went to look up the word unnecessary and I opened the dictionary one page away from the word

How incredible is that

I have opened the dictionary two times in the past right on the page of the word

What are the odds on that

That gives me satisfaction knowing the impossible does and can happen

It is up to us to see it happen and enjoy the feelings of success

To take notice and feel great that we are closer to a breakthrough

Feeling much better than before

Only patience and practice will bring about a new answer to an old problem

There are no short cuts or cheat sheets to give us the edge

Completely let go and let the world help you

We are never alone

Just lost for a minute and have to relax

Finding a life that is easy and wonderful

With my thoughts now more positive and powerful than before

I will open one more door and explore

Something I never seen before

Great advice! Just relaxing and avoiding that frantic feeling will often open the door.
