Apt. 1107
Eleven -o-seven
The numbers echoed through me
When I first saw it I fell in love
I knew this would be my home
Windows up to the ceiling
With light shining in
Mirrored bathroom walls
A sunset view
And a clawfoot bathtub
The window across the bed
Where I would stare
Watching the clouds go by
Smell of cedar wood
From the floor
Early memories dwell there
A lot of firsts over there
It was a special place
Where I could be myself
Long lazy days
Where music would play
New memories were made
My love started there
And my hope grew more and more
For a new beginning to a wonderful life
Intense emotions were drawn there
Feeling like a new person was born there
The sun's rays changing against the wall
As the day went by
The peaceful atmosphere of my lovely place
Changed my life
Where Thievery would play
And the orchids gently sway
Making the air a mystical soiree

love the setting of your room...
This could only be a true story and a country setting.
Love the sun change it's rays on the window.
Sometimes I forget you do therapy. And now I know you love dancing or music even both.
Beautiful poem Caroline.
Bless.
This reminds me of the artists loft I rented in Cocoa. It had a claw bathtub, and was in the trees. I should have never moved.
