Room only For Me

Room Only For Me

So I was dreaming,

In this dream,

I came across a book,

So I decided to take a look,

But in this book,

There were no words,

Just blank pages,

Leaning against the wall,

This pen I removed from my pocket,

I began to write,

As I wrote my thoughts,

They began to take flight,

Birds they became,

fluttering and flying off the pages,

entangling my emotions they did,

Emotions of joy I was filled,

That through my words,

I have given life,

To emotions that feel so nice,

Not thinking twice,

Laying down clutching this book,

Yes I think this is Right,

For that I shall no longer implore,

These empty pages to be filled or your forgiveness,

So once more I shall take a look,

A piece of my soul for once you took,

Filled myself I have done,

My rest has now begun,

A place you need not be,

For there is only room for me...

Why thank you so much, I really appreciate it I wrote this poem in such a short time I was skeptical if it would turn out good. I'm glad you enjoyed it and by the way I've also added Mirror into myself chpt 2 as well :)
