Sadness, Please Fade Away
Sadness, fade away and let my wound eliminates my solicitude,
you bring nothing but suffering, anguish, and depression.
Sadness, stop hugging me! Don't you see what I've been through,
I’m tired of wishing, you’re not getting off me.
Sadness, don’t mistrust me, you don’t need me,
I have enough pain to cry, have enough wounds to bleed.
Sadness, don’t you think I had enough from you,
isn’t the time to leave my pain have some rest …
I walked in the street of sorrows fortuitously,
found a dream losing its steps and glossiness,
It was looking at the remains of the time,
for a beat has stolen in front of its eyes.
A dream … remembering the world of grief,
unfolds folded pages by the time,
remembers moments created by deprivation,
moments drowns the heart with desperation and weakness …
Consider me words you’ve written,
words to read every time life disappoint you.
Consider me your concealed sorrow,
or a tear stuck on your eyelash.
Consider me the future you wishing,
or the past you forgot.
Greetings from heartbeat to sorrow’s feeling …
Greetings from dark nights to eyes flooded with tears …
Greetings from pain to wounds never healed …
Greetings from sun to face never glowed …
Greetings from voices to ears never tuned …
Greetings from sun to body never warmed …

This was sad, and of course; I think that is what you wanted to get across to readers. Good Job! I think we all feel this type of sadness through life, so your poem is very easy to relate to.
So sad, makes my heart aches
What a sad, but well written and true to its word poem. I liked the boxed person. I guess sometimes sadness is an emotion trapped inside a box. Thanks for sharing.
