Santa Claus Talks to Sweetie Angel

Updated on November 9, 2015

Hello, Santa Are You There?

Santa Claus, I left you voice mail earlier,

“Hello Santa, are you there?”

I left you a voice message,

And, I know you care,

My Mommy said, you are at the North Pole,

Please watch out for that wormhole,

It is Night-Night Time When Sweetie Gets His Donut

When you are flying across the sky,

No, I don’t know why?

I left you my wish list,

Yes, it was in a knot, but you can untwist,

So you can see,

It all starts with ME-ME-ME!

Of things I r-e-a-l-l-y want,

And I don’t mean to daunt,

I attached it to my email,

And please do not send it by rail,

I guess you still deliver?

No! Santa, I didn’t say quiver,

Are you going to make me guess?

Don’t send it UPS,

Send it by air,

The cost? Why do I care?

Mommy told me I would have to share,

With KeeKee, her old cat,

Ugh, I saw him eat a rat,

No, Santa, I didn’t say gnat.

Santa, I hope you put hearing aids on your list,

And don’t resist,

Our conversation has made me tired,

No! You don’t need your phone rewired,

Santa, take a break,

For goodness sake,

And when you wake,

Don’t you laugh and shake,

Ho-Ho-Ho-Ho,

Just get up and Go-Go-Go-Go.

Bye Santa Claus,

Sweetie Angel saying Goodbye,

And Santa smiled at his cell phone and gave a sigh.

I am Waiting for My Birthday Angel
I am Waiting for My Birthday Angel

Dear Birthday Angel

Hello, Birthday Angel, I hope you can hear me,

and I will give you a tweet,

Because my Birthday is July 25th, and I want some

new balls that will bounce-- that would be so sweet.

I will not ask for a lot but a new worm toy would be

great, he is my favorite, as this one has lost an eye,

And please no more squeaky spider, they scare

my mommy, and make her scream,

I got two last birthday---which was not intentionally

mean.

But if you can possibly spare a new Teddy Bear,

I promise to handle this one with great care.

Please bring some chocolate for my mommy and

peppermint for my dad,

And even some catnip for KeeKee, although he

is a cad.

If you can stay a while Birthday Angel, I will give you

some cake,

But watch your wings as you fly over our new man

made lake.

The alligators are hungry, and mommy keeps me away

from there,

If you come early I will let you sit in my rocking chair.

Thanks you Birthday Angel, and I will tweet again--if you don't care.

Thank you Dear Birthday Angel

Sweetie Angel.

    Hi Rolly,

Life would be so boring without my pets and all the wild birds that comes to our yard that I feed. And, Mama Raccoon and her babies. I had a pet fish once that loved to fight and his name was Rambo.

You have a wonderful holiday with many blessings,

Hi PurvisBobbi44... a wonderful poem of the love we have and are offered through our pets. As I write this I have Quigley the dog and Gizmo the cat snoring at my feet in front of the fireplace. Three large fish tanks with fish staring at me, reminding me they are hungry. What kind of a world would it be with pets to bring us balance and blessings... well written...

    Hugs

That is a great positive attitude, and the only way to be.

Strong women are the greatest--my family has a lot of them. Thank you for sharing that with me.

Bobbi it hasn't slowed me down :) In spite of my vision I plug along, still write every day and live alone (well with my dog!). Thanks for your concern but trust me it bothers others more than me ;)

I have some issues that prevent me from photographing him - I'm blind - The only photo I have of him is on Redgage (where I found your hub!) and it's not a very good one!

    DMartelonline,

I bet he is Darling--Do you have him in a hub? I would love to see him.

I know what you mean---I love my Sweetie Angel, and I know he loves me--which is a great feeling.

Thanks for reading my hub, and your comment.
