Saranghaeyo~[I love you]
BTW tamashii means soul in japanese OST from You're beautiful Korean drama
As for a starters, the poem was inspired by the Korean series "You're Beautiful" the video above is the original song. I don't take credit for it, but honestly the song is inspirational and as you can see there are several parts that look the same or have the same sense or atmosphere, so for me the poem is not completely mine to be exact, but more like what the song feels to me [i don't make any sense but i hope you watch the series and listen to the song while reading the lyrics]
~My poem inspired by the songs posted above and below this capsule :D
In and out of my memory you walked
And through my silence you’ve stalked
My peace of mind up to its stalk
Ripping a world of pain and distress
Into my blood stream you injected vile words
Until you ripped open my sacred worlds
Dipping delusional thoughts and dreams, pretending
And I was the foolish fool to end up falling and loving
Now burning within my tears, I see how low I have fallen
And how a simple word had my heart stolen
Or was it that my heart was a willing victim?
I don’t know a way to stop the throbbing heart within me
I don’t know if I can exist like this, you see?
I have fallen and crumbled from the sky up high
And now shattered on the floor I wonder why
How come your star shines so bright and burns my eyes
Yet every time I call out your name out loud my tamashi sighs
And all what I do is hug my lonely self, wrap it within its silent cries
So I ask what should I do to outrun time?
How long will it take this heart of mine?
Can I lay in the darkness for once invisible to the world
Can I pretend that I wasn’t a foolish fool outsmarted by a word?
And I who always had to watch your back lay broken
With one word that was left unspoken
Yet, no matter how much I run I find my heart yearning
My tamashii crying, and my body aching
What should I do? What should I do? You are slipping out of my hand
Yet, I can’t gather up the strength enough to say what my heart demands
