Self Esteem in Children ( a poem of inspiration)

Updated on October 31, 2014
Our children. the joy of our lives...
Our children. the joy of our lives...
Each child to awaken, for a new and happy day...
Each child to awaken, for a new and happy day...
All of beauty and so glorious, in dedication to our teachers..
All of beauty and so glorious, in dedication to our teachers..
Each child to reach for the skies in all its splendor, with good self esteem given to each...
Each child to reach for the skies in all its splendor, with good self esteem given to each...
Each child deserves a brightest future...
Each child deserves a brightest future...

A child's self esteem, our seeing their eyes, to gleam,

is to be our dedication,

Every teacher, in their support, not as a last resort,

a part, in their education,

The positive experiences of each, in all that we may teach,

a vital preparation.

An accomplished goal of self worth, needed from our birth,

for all's inspiration.

Every "yes you can" , a part of the teacher's plan,

giving a child, a needed ovation,

A combining of those talents, their best, as of art and the rest,

is a good summation.

Success to breed success, of this, all the best confess,

for each, a fond proclamation.

The happy smiles on a tiny face, all as parents,

we embrace, this, an exclamation!

Children are really a blessing of God Almighty. The charm, glow and the smile on baby's face is indeed a gift. Well written. Motivation and a kind of "Nothing Succeeds Like Success" is a way to go ahead.

      Regards

Teachers don't get the credit they deserve. They are just as important in a child's life as the parents are. This is a nice tribute to those who have our children in their hands.

Whonunuwho, your words inspire, and your message is true, encouragement and praise do wonders for a child's self esteem, (work wonders on us adults too). Nicely done. Good to see a positive message in these dark days.
