Self (Poem)

Updated on January 16, 2016

Self never comes to his reflection

Self lives for self-proclaimed perfection

Everyone's to blame except self

All should be taken away and only self should be left

A huff and a puff!

A head shots to the sky!

Every guilt self will deny!

Not self! oh no! not self!

Self is better than everyone else!

Their fault!

Self is better!

Pitiful others; why not be like self's untainted character?

Others are guilty and filled with shame!

Self is better and cannot be blamed!

Soli Deo Gloria

You definitely explained some peoples personality of self really well. I know a few of these self's. However, everyone as stated in the gospel is stained with sin and should take blame for their own sins, and ask for forgiveness from God. That's all it takes! It humbles self-ish people too. ;)
