Shades and Greys of Poetry

Updated on January 14, 2015

DIMPLE

A SHADOW cast

From far away

Seems to be BLURRED

For it's a foggy day

Slowly it CRIPPLED

Along my way

Ready to HIT

The ROARING bay

Then at last

His on my foot

ASKING for

A piece of loaf

Then I realize

I need to KNEEL

To FEED this creature

I only LOVE...

Things are not always black and white but many times they are shades of gray. I loved this poem. Voted up. Bob.
