Seeing Oneself through the eye of the Moon

Updated on November 26, 2012
Source

What is seen

with eyes close

are phantoms playing

on our stage

With reasons cloaked

in unconscious thought.

View one's Id on display

with eyes wide open

See the roots

or become and be

the fantasy tracking the real

discovering the inner being

What shouldn't be

or conscience abhors

faults of nature

that cause misery

also happen in equal parts

only knowing one's self can separate the two

If Fate's grasp you adjure

changing in course your inner self

a new vista meets the moon

One will find

the real you or me

the night showing you

as may be.
