She forgotten who I once was - Love Poetry Turned Poetic by Nature

She might have forgotten my name

Yesterday afternoon after we first met

we slept together with arms sealed to each other like crazy glue

She was my co-conspirator in a crime of lust

I could no-longer trust her cheating on my body parts like she did

Scheming to be with other men

desiring their personality

She forgotten my name

I was everything to her

Her hope and dreams

Her car that drives at alternate speeds when she needed to get driven home

I loved every drop of her salivary glands when we kissed

I adored her ability to bear offspring

She was my locomotive

My motive force to work as hard as possible

I lived for her

but she forgotten my name today even

One lost love as I miss her sap!

What a lovely poem. I love your writing. The person forgetting a name... that is so bizarre. So sad, and somewhat demeaning.

Yes indeed @Gypsy Rose Lee those lost with fading memory due to times passing are the hardest loves for me to lose :)

Lost loves I believe are of too kinds. Those which you never forget and those whose memory fades with time.

Yes indeed @always exploring love has a little stinger attached just like a Bubble bee :) I hope to never lose love for anyone though its not in my nature to do so. Thanks for the cool comment Ruby.

Lost love is never easy, in fact it's very hurtful, but we go on, and if we're lucky we find new love. Beautiful Mike....

&bravewarrior I love how you choose to put your words together to express a feeling, or relevant related thoughts in regards to what you've read. Powerful stuff indeed!

Thanks for caring to comment on my poem here, it has deeper meanings for sure and related to lost love is the master key :) Nature is the other.

Lost love is never without pain. However, we pick up and move on in search of the one who was meant to share our heart.
