Silver Rays

Updated on April 21, 2012

Waves toss the ocean, flower quickly fade

Vapors in the wind brush trees and young forest

Cradle to and fro; caressing

Smile hides in the clouds of gray

As the sun slowly began to wane

Darkness rose steadily over the plain

Immersing it into a feeling of gloom and dreary

Though a speck of light appeared the night

Alight faintly; silver rays

And sway with the stars

My soul blend within the mist

From the depth within the sea

Oh how one we became...nature and me
