"Skydiving" by Eric Wayne Flynn

Updated on March 13, 2014

"Skydiving"

I use my mind to fly

Just my Pad and I

Free

Falling

Looking down on earth, describing what I see

So high up in the sky, y'all look like ants to me

When I pull my R.I.P cord you will see

There ain't ever been anybody go splat like you

Landing on my feet and strutting my stuff

Investigating the scene of the crimes

Inspiration passes me by and waves

I chase it down the street

I like the line that says " I use my pen to fly just my pen and I. Yes the mind and the pen can take us many places. I enjoyed the poem.

You got it Christine, it's about me and my writing process and my precious I PAD, also my mentality towards writing, I don't like to spend a long time creating, it cuts down on my enjoyment. Also I'm afraid of heights so I was thinking that writing is my extreme sport due to the fact I'm so lame.

Your 79 words or so, give me the flight countdown too! The brevity of this work makes it a truly bright I PAD flight! No admission for me too!

Passenger on board left to doubting:

This is about your I Pad Right? or did I miss the Sky Dive all together?
