Small town lights

Updated on July 3, 2013

Drive through these small town lights,

It’s been one of those nights,

Questioning life and all of its fights,

Some things I say are never right

All of the lights around signal red,

But il keep on going instead,

Signals can sometimes be misread,

Losing you is among one of the things I dread.

Among our insecurities our love is a raging fire,

Sometimes it burns and hurts, sometimes it inspires,

But if we stop now we’ll never go back,

We’ll drive through empty towns trying to find our misplaced tracks.
