Solo--Sail in Storm

Updated on July 18, 2012

I sail in storm---lightning, hails, and waves

Dragging me through edge...for I near death---no one be heard my cries

Dark clouds churn and twine to monstrous nature made---swallowed me alive

To I left lonely in thicken mist

A sailor's greatest dilemma. Churning dark seas and stormy skies. Well written.

This touches many emotions and some fears I would imagine. Lonely is the loneliest word...beautifully done.

      Voted up.

This is too close to home right now but wonderfully written. I applaud the mood you have captured of a sailor's inner being during storms.
