Some Minor Discrepancies.

Updated on March 13, 2011

Minor Discrepancies.

Bad kids,
cigarettes glued
to their sneers,
bobbing up

and down between
angst filled curses.
roaring along

back roads
baseball batting mailboxes
with hideous laughter,
echoing amidst

the splinters
sucking brews

from pilfered cans,
open garages

their storehouses
for free

alcoholic hazes,
turning six-packs

into pot bellies.
and back seat

smoke fests,

in a blueish

wreathed cloud
as bubbling bongs

burn buzzes,
till the bubble

light of

a police car,
burst the

bubbles of
their youthful innocence.
Guilty as charged
on all counts,
off to

Juvie hall
where they

will learn
better ways

to be
bad kids.

In Our Channeled Vortex.

Time is ingrained in our lives,
it sandwiches all our days,
ever leaking out through

the tinyhole

in our

so full,
then it trickles
away, till it empties
and we are no more. Encased
within our fragile shells, we must
raise our hour glasses, and toast

times most treasured.........passing.

I'm A Dork for Pork.

Sausages roll

so nonchalant,
in boiling oil's

bubbling fonts,
their savory odors

tease and taunt,
But browning

them is all I want,
to roll them snug

in fresh croissants.

From former pigs,

once pink and stout,
from curly tails

to snuffling snouts,
come links that make

my taste buds shout,
I go hog wild,

then I pig out.

I stuff my face,

I fill my cheeks,
with flaky crusts

and sausage grease,
till after ten or

so bring peace,
and grant me

such a warm release.

Though I am fond

of Charlotte's web,
I'm fonder of

Charlotte on bread,
with no regrets

inside my head,
ten little piglets

get me fed!!
