Some how I find love in everything. Perhaps my family will commit me, you are my family you judge.

Updated on May 13, 2013

this is for your mother, but it must go through you. This is for your spouse but it must go through you. This is for me but it must go through you.

People know I am not a poet. People know I do not know it. Please help me out here. I need you to give your meaning to my writing. I will ask my daughter to give illustration. I will ask my oldest to give significance and I will beg my son to give it music for your ears. For I am nothing with out you.

A poem that bares your name.

We are one and passing through

Of all the places we have been to

None ever shined brighter than you

When we dance into the night only one thing is true

And And And that is you

No I sing a said refrain filled with morsels of your love

As though you were sent from above

And I cry the whole world to sing like a dove

But you and me are snug as a glove

Oh my friend dig within your heart

Never never never let us part

For I cry each for the night time bring dark

And for you to soothe my start

And for me to add you to my cart

No I sing a said refrain filled with morsels of your love

As though you were sent from above

And I cry the whole world to sing like a dove

But you and me are snug as a glove

For we are artists of the soul

Our lives will always have the roll

Or is what I me that we will have the role

As we sink into a sweet mixing bowl

Our hearts will go beyond the knoll.

No I sing a said refrain filled with morsels of your love

As though you were sent from above

And I cry the whole world to sing like a dove

But you and me are snug as a glove

Eric... and you say you're not a poet? :-) I think it's simply lovely! I can feel the love singing through your words! It is from the heart and it is filled with love! I think it's beautiful... keep 'em comin', this could be your new thing! :-)

My darling you are my old thing and my new thing. You are wind that sneaks up in an updraft and whoa whoa we sail higher and we do not care that direction or place for it is love.

Let love and freedom reign on the soul you have so freely shared with me.

      Inspired by you,

thank you my friend for if we live one thousand years and do not inspire another, what a waste of creation.

I saw some kids getting high about 3 blocks from school. Teenagers, so I went to giggle with them a while and we re accepting and happy. I judge but I should not for as you say, I am high. I mean after the love fest that is mothers' day who am I?

Wow, look at you go now! You're on a roll! ...and a sense of humor? A man of many levels I tell you. You don't give yourself enough credit. How could you not spread your wings and fly, in this place, where everyone is so supportive. Spread your wings Eric!

I tell you Cantuhearmescream, sometimes i sit on a curb wet with feathers shivering and i look into the rain gutter my entire down soaked to the core and quill. And I look to the Hawk above the storm and say take me.

And a las i thank my creator for here i can write and feel what my brothers feel and I am ashamed at my happiness. I put fig leaves over my joy. And so it shall be that i lament, not in your happiness but my own.

I blush at your praise. Thank you very much. Maybe it is just that I look more like a retired boxer than a poet ;-)

      Eric,

I don't know why you aren't turning these beautiful, inspiring moments into hubs :-) I know what you mean about your down being soaked to the core, but it is not time to go... your job here on Earth is not done! Throw down the fig leaves, they are unnecessary, embrace the happiness and joy and share it with others so that we may feel the same... :-)

Aah Cat, the only reason is this pesky job I have. You see I spend my day as a ghost writer for lawyers and corporations and small businesses and such. I plan on this full time by 2014.

A poet always shows their true feeling and you do and you do it just wonderfully. Enjoyed.

It's a poem. So you must be a poet and don't know it! (I guess there is such a thing, after all!) :-) Thank you for wearing your heart on your sleeve. Have a great weekend, Lurana

My wife just showed me a collection of 30 poems I wrote her while courting for 2 years. And she married me. Perhaps there are two of you who think so... Must be something in your water, I add Kosher wine to hers.
