Son of Mine

Probably there is nothing in human nature more resonant with charges than the flow of energy between two biologically alike bodies, one of which has lain in amniotic bliss inside the other, one of which has labored to give birth to the other. A Rich

My Wish for You

Things My Son Asked Me

You asked me about the sun, the moon, the stars and the sky,

how is it that birds can fly?

Why is it that we must attend school?

What is the meaning of a golden rule?

And why do people we love have to pass?

Does divorce mean that love doesn't last?

Mom, so how do you know if she is the one?

Well my son, does she make you feel that with her, life has only just begun?

We've talked about and done so many things,

I've poured my all into your life's upbringing.

You are already flying beautifully, that is a known,

destined soon to spawn children of your own.

I await the blessings that yours will bring,

that and your success will continue to make my heart sing.

I love you, Zach.
