Songs From The Heart:'Over The Rainbow.'
When I first thought of creating this hub my first choice was Judy Garland to sing this beautiful song ;then I remembered little Connie Talbot a few years ago on Britain's Got Talent.
As I sat to listen before creating the hub the child in me certainly came to the fore.
I guess I was entranced by this beautiful little girl ;such a sweetheart ;and with one of the most endearing voices ever.
Connie still sings and I have left a link to her website at the end of this hub.
Freeverse;Little Connie Talbot.
A little girl with voice so sweet
a cherub whose charm
took us on a journey.
A charm like no other
finding her way
over that rainbow
and sharing her dream with
all who open their hearts to this little girl's
bringing tears from each heart
love from each soul.
She found her way 'Over The Rainbow'
Today I share
the magic she brings.
Rhyme; 'A Rainbow Of Dreams.'
There is a land
Not so far away
Where Magic happens
Over that rainbow
Skies are blue
The birds do sing
And I love you.
When you sang
A sweet lullaby.
I was so proud
You made me cry.
I followed that rainbow
For my pot of gold
And a wondrous story
I was told.
I had a dream
In my sleep
And now that dream
Was mine to keep.
So follow your heart
And you will find
That dream of yours
Is not far behind.
Acrostic:Over The Rainbow.
Only you can find your dream
Very strong you heart must be
Every day nearer and nearer
Remember to have that true deep faith.
The sun will shine as you climb
Higher and higher each new path
Every step so seeped in strength.
Real magic you will find
After you complete your climb
Inside your heart does now blossom
Nearly there your now are
Be now ready to live your dream
Over that rainbow which lit your way
Waking up to a world where you are whole.
Haiku; 'Pot Of Gold.'
An arc magnetic
A magic warmth radiates
Entranced pot of gold.
Follow that dream
Blue birds fly and sing their song.
Clouds are so far behind us all
Troubles melt just like those sweet lemon drops
A lullaby so so treasured.
I now fly way up high
Have a great weekend one and all.
