Spring in the Air

A chill Spring in the air,

I took a deep breath in.

A fine misting of snow in my hair,

Last years ruins, new to begin.

Snow melted to the ground,

peace not broken by a sound.

Not by pains of yesterdays,

Not by sorrows of future todays.

I was caught by the last two lines in your poem. There was something poignant there for me. Thank you for taking us into world today.
