Nature's Silence-Beauty-Peace

Here In this vast canopy of constellations,

Clouds unfold their palms and part.

The radiance of this heavenly romance,

Shimmers on the blue waters of the horizon.

The skylark heralds an enchanting melody,

While daffodils mimic, a waltz down below.

Hyacinths and primrose unfurl their blossoms,

Offering fragrances, as a sacrifice to Mother Earth.

Nothing dies here, but a fleeting shadow.

Magnolias rise to emit a purple smile;

Azaleas waltz, to the symphonies of canaries.

The grey mist of winter has dissipated,

A new dawn of verdant hue, camellias and tulips,

Proclaims a pageantry of colour, to make me whole again.

~ Awakening The Inner Light ~

The Beat of Spring

"The cosmos beats an enthralling melody;

As the flute of the flora resonates its grandeur.

Wafts of Love emanates from fawn and foliage;

I behold the elegance of roses and Lavenders.

Light streams a Love into the malady of the Heart;

Darkness disperses as hope soars in my core.

O Lantern, the Spring of the Soul cleanses all ails,

Removing my loneliness, to grant me Peace." -Lantern Carrier, 21st march, 2017. Copyrighted.

      Even before I read "pageantry of colour" in your last line of your first poem, I knew I would comment on the colorful scenery your were painting. The light and sound in the second are also appealing. Thanks.

      What a lovely sonnet to a sweet woman who teaches us all to sing if only in the shower. The flowers are so beautiful....

      We travel through life with some good people by our side...Audrey is something special, and I love your tribute to her. She sings like a song bird...and has the heart of an angel.
