In appreciation of Audrey's exquisite poetry and sublime sense of beauty. A poetess among poets.

I want to hold You,

To catch Your breath in my longing,

Stab the distance between our Souls,

And soar in Spirit, to an intense communion.

O glorious Model of art supreme,

Be the dawn of my sunshine’s glow,

And I’ll be Your tomorrow’s rainbow.

Stay, tarry a little longer,

Together we’ll hold the Sun

And blend in our infinities.

Come! Let us harness the winds,

Summon a golden-crested chariot,

And ride upon the clouds.

O pinnacle of radiant Light,

Who was this noble artist

That adorned and bedecked Thy form?

Such unspoken grandeur; such quintessence

Of exquisite bewilderment!

I want to hold You,

To catch your breath in my longing,

Stab the distance between our Souls,

And soar in Spirit, to the acme of communion.

Beloved, past loves are like the pain of penury.

Until I met you, the old stings of indifference

Was stabbing at my heart.

Now that I am bedazzled by Your enchantment,

The heart quivers with an ecstatic glow.

Flowering like a Fountain of Light,

Your smiles pull rays from the Heavens;

A chiselled skin glints in splendour.

Let me bathe in Your translucence;

Dive into the bosom of a birthless heart.

How I long to dance, like a blade of wind,

Delicately, on golden sunbeams.

Sing me a song of love supreme,

A furnace in my Soul.

I want to hold You,

To catch Your breath in my longing,

Stab the distance between our Souls,

And soar in Spirit, to an intense communion.

Rivers of waters? Since I know you appreciate my help, why not 'rivers of Grace?'

Still, you are beginning to use the fanciful, like me. Excellent Bro, and thanks a lot for your input here. God bless.

I love 'Stab the distance between our souls'; great image.

You write such beautiful poetry and your illustrations are magical. Great tribute to Audrey who does indeed write beautiful poetry too.

I've already started changing it, Brave warrior. Now it sits in that grey area between Earth and Heaven. Perhaps I'll leave it there. (smile)

Good to hear from you, my loving Friend. Have a great Saturday. Much Mehta.

      Thanks Bro Taiwo.

Don't mind this old man. He knows that inner motive; purity of content, are infinitely more powerful, and that you show this well.

To Ann. Hey, hey. You can't do this to me, Ann. I need a holiday, too. Sunshine, eh? A little dark right now at 1556 hrs. Anyway, enjoy!

I love how you do this for your followers, Manatita. It is beautiful, and I know Audrey as an intelligent, astounding poet. You are spiritually engaging yourself!!!!

BTW, do give me a little time to search in outlying vid stores for your video. Am searching for those with Eng subs...because the one or two I came across had chinese subs (different companies translated it, I suppose. )

Sorry to keep you waiting, though!

Thanks Michelle, for your continuous and loving contributions to my Hubs. Deepest gratitude.

I do not have much followers. Haven't you noticed? If I feel touched by someone then I may send them a dedication. Some do not read my work that often.

While I am gifted in both prose and poetry, I am essentially an esoteric and ethereal writer. There are those who are altruistic, philanthropic, motivational or life-coaches, and then there are those who would deliberately inspire others to love of God. This is my category.

So good of you to help me. I have found it in a strange language that I do not understand. Not half as sweet as Chinese, probably because it's dubbed. But at least I have got a bit further.

P.S You know, my sweet. I do not recall seeing your picture anywhere. Cautious?

So glad you come, my loving and poetess par excellence. I wanted a special one for you. (exquisite and somewhere between heaven and earth), yet sublime. I 'm so happy you like it. Loving thoughts.
