Stone Soul

Updated on November 5, 2010

Pain inside is never-ending

Hearts in pieces

Love’s depending

Memories swirling in my mind

Tears keep falling

Life’s not kind

Truth is hidden behind the lies

Pain and suffering

Stifled cries

Will he remember a love once known

His heart selfish

Blinded eyes, soul of stone

Strong pain. All of us can be related on this story very well because it is common. I like it very much. :)

I had a heart throb once like that...she had a stone cold heart and she twisted mine for a while. I always wonder how it good or bad it might have been....Nice poem, thanks for sharing! WB
