Stubborn poetry

Updated on July 19, 2013

Long lasting messages on a wall

There’s really no reason

To say it

I try to convey the message

In every passing interaction with you

It’s too easy just to say

You get lost in the words

They build a picture

You’ll simply love and never let go

There’s completeness from

You, I sense

It builds the moments and connections

That will create and control me

That’s the problem with the words

They don’t sum a proper value

Instead look at the time

It creates the moments, not the words

Look at the time spent

And think of its value

For I value it and that makes

My time spent, priceless

Words have a value

They are definite

I don’t want definite

I want to give my all
