Supportive Writers

Are you hopeful of joining a writer's group?

Are you a supportive writer?

You like to support one another as professionals. The different genre of writers helps one another if they are skilled. Getting together with supportive writers to discuss work is a difference if you make that part of your writer's life.

Writers spend more time alone to think and write. Their minds are focused and are clear of other cloudy thoughts. A writer's group is supposed to provide a writer with ideas, tips, and companionship, and to make writers feel in place with their ideas.

Who understands a writer?

Experienced writer understands each other more than struggling writers. It is difficult to understand how a writer feels, or when a writer wants to be alone to write down their ideas.

A writer craves honest feedback, but how many writers can take that honest feedback?

Are you searching for only positive feedback and don't want to read negative feedback?

Do writers connect with themselves and with other writers?

Are family members supportive of you being a writer?

Are writers supportive of each other?

A writer working alone makes it easy for that writer to oversee mistakes. The writer looks at their work from their perspective.

A one-minded view is seen in a writer's work. In my case, the writers are supportive and provide an open mind to my work.

You need to see the positive and negative in your work. Look at it from all angles. Compare and notice the different aspects of your writing.

Are you rocked by your fine work and think it is perfect?

Most writers don't see their mistakes. You become that better writer when you are encouraged by other writers. The experienced or the emerging writer can feel on top of their published works, but, won't be able to articulate the proper reasons for their choices in writing.

The writer will know and understand the craft of writing but fail to understand their preferences. The competitive field in writing is great and the more writers on board the better your chances of you having to share more of your work together.

Have you joined a writer's group?

  • Writers' groups are fun and a learning lesson for all writers.
  • You won't always like the writers’ group.
  • To give your views on the work of other writers can be an effort if you don't how to do it.
  • The writing process requires many details to support other writers.
  • Each writer has a different approach to writing as I do in my work.
  • Whether you approve of that approach or don't that writing process will continue as is.
  • Others need to understand the writing process of writers.
  • Be honest and don't think about telling lies.
  • Be able to share your feedback with honesty.
  • Don't write down what is not meaningful.
  • Don't be interested in another writer's work if it doesn't interest you.
  • Try being open-minded about what you have to say to that writer.

A writer finds it difficult to start writing. Once the difficult stage has passed the writer feels it simpler to begin writing.

A frame of mind of the writer who finds the technique in writing enjoyable when they have passed that awkward stage. Writers need encouragement from other writers. It is not often that a writer has the flow of writing.

The valuable writer doesn't need disruption. When a writer is focused on writing leave them alone.

Supportive Writers

The disruption can make a writer stop immediately!

  • I prefer to be alone and focused on writing ideas.
  • If disturbed my moment is spoiled.
  • To be supportive of a writer leave them alone to write.

How do you support writers?

You can't support every writer. The choices you make as a writer lead you to better places.

How often have you heard, '' writers don't make money?''

Writing comes from you and if you chose that path and love what you do there you have it! You can't change who you are and what you love to do in your life.

Are you a confident writer?

Sometimes writers are insecure about sharing their work which allows the writer to think negatively in writing. Writers face many challenges from supporters and from negative feedback. Some writers give up and others continue to write with confidence.

Are writers still needed?

Do writers understand the meaning of marketing?

If you write to earn you need to know how to market your work. It is easy to call yourself a writer but, if you don't market what you write then you won't be heard. No marketing means no earnings and no audience.

When you understand your audience, you understand your marketing tricks and the reason for your writing. A writer needs to write and market their work. Supportive writers can encourage or discourage writers if they think that way.

I write to share my experiences and for others to earn from my experiences. Every lesson learned allows for a positive lifestyle. Sometimes writers don't know where to begin with, their stories.

It doesn't mean the writer has to stop writing. You will come around and get that idea.

Writers Supportive Writers!

Hubpages has a supportive community They encourage writers to write more. Writing is encouraging, and positive, and clears the mind of unhappy thoughts.

Most writers join writing groups and find that to be a perfect idea.

Why some writers don't like the idea of joining writing groups?

You will find that some writing groups don't tell the truth to their writers. These writing groups lie about other writers' published works. These writers receive false appraisals.

The writer at the receiving end feels proud of their work, but the praise is not solid. It is a wonderful feeling to be praised for your work, only if that praise is honest. Writer's groups don't like to criticize a writer's work, instead choose to foster that skill.

In such a way, the group neither grows nor learns from their mistakes. The false praise allows writers in the group to feel proud of their work, it is not like that.

Writers need to help each other in a group. Speak and accept the truth don't be dishonest about a writer's publication.

A struggling writer in a writer's group acquires the understanding of other writers and needs to be aware of such behaviours.

A first-time writer doesn't see their faults as experienced writers. Writers smuggle and there is no problem with that. You have to start small to walk tall.

The writer joins the writer's group to learn new ideas, and when the writer’s group is not true for the struggling writer problems arise with such writers. The idea is to deal with the problem.

Ignoring the problem will affect the writer in later stages. Talk about your weakness as a writer in the writers’ group. Writers' groups are not all failures as they focus on a specific genre at a time. Most writing groups can cause you frustration. You can improve on that.

You sometimes feel discouraged because you don't want to add your opinion to a writer's story. Remember everyone is entitled to an opinion and you are free to have your word. Also, not every writer joins writers’ groups for their opinions.

At times you can feel less or not worthy in a writer's group. You can feel less confident about your writing. It depends on the people you have in your group.
