THE FLYING PRINCE AND THE DAMSEL IN DISTRESS By Robert Hewett Sr.
I’M THE PRINCE
I’m the Prince whose riding right in,
Your wish will come true right then.
Golden hair and eyes of blue,
I’m the Prince who comes for you.
My big white horse is very strong
See my grin, naught can go wrong.
Now’s the time for you to jump
land on my steed’s big rump.
Away we’ll fly to distant lands
Bless the fairies holding our hands.
I’m the Prince, I’m riding again
Your wish I made it true and then,
I’m here to take you far away
To live in love every day.
Hold on tight we’re gonna fly,
This horse of mine is ready to try
For the getaway that we seek,
From castle prison you loathe to speak.
Lock your arms around my waist,
This love of ours we will soon taste.
I’m the Prince I’m riding fast,
I’ll save the princess whose fate is cast.
You waited long for me to appear
Every moment I will hold dear.
I’m the Prince you waited for
Stay with me forevermore.
Feel the power of my steed
He takes me wherever I need.
I’m the Prince I rode again
I’ll stay with you to the end.
