Take A Close Look At Our Faults

Updated on March 27, 2014

The Same Ones We Hide

Often we see people complain about problems other people have

They can talk and continue to argue about another persons shortcomings

Little do they know

How hard it is to change

They are so busy wanting other people to change toward their way of thinking

They have yet to see their own mistakes

To preoccupied with their outside surroundings to look even closer at their own life

By refocussing and concentrating on things we can control

It gives us more freedom of expression of our own talents

We can not control another persons will or lack of

There are many rewards for practicing our own skills

Using constructive efforts instead of destructive thoughts and actions

Moving in a direction that rises above anything presently known

Through trial and effort fantasy and fiction can become reality

A perfect blend that we can all benefit from

Great article, DREAM ON! We all can learn from this! Rather than focusing on other people's faults or shortcomings, we should try to improve ourselves. I really liked your quote,

"We can not control another persons will or lack of

There are many rewards for practicing our own skills

Using constructive efforts instead of destructive thoughts and actions."

Well put! Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

I wouldn't mind if this world was a bit more rosy by having more fantasy in it.

Michael-Milec I am trying to figure young minds out. Instead of arguing and getting nothing accomplished I felt if I direct my efforts to a worthwhile purpose I can spend more time on things I can control and get a great result. Thank you for reading and sharing another one of my stories.

      Hi Michael.

Resemblance of our "real" surrounding, picture perfect. Your first line made me laughing out loud- uncontrollable the words came out " stupid them". No wonder we are living in world twisted into a strained configuration... ( our youngest son came out with brilliant idea, and we are free practicing it: " your life isn't my concern," - you know what consequence you woul like to bear... - as a result more time we have to share edifying argumentation.

      Voted up send interesting.

      Enjoy a nice day.
