Tall Woods Tunnel...

tall woods tunnel

tumbling petals of aqua blue

teasing my soft curls

secret seclusion

nestled in a satin sky

billowing softly

seduction calls

walking through the tall tunnel

seeking the summit

shaft of light calls

“come, come to me, now”

the woods softly cry

seeded rye grass echo

the flush desire to hurry

leaning to the front

splashes of white Iris

stands as lighted signposts

to the totem pole
