Tear for love

Updated on September 10, 2009

Fair haired angel,

blue skied eyes.

Many moons I longed

for your soulful touch

and delicate reply.

Sweet time, blessed surprise,

golden finger spiked with,

diamonds lies,

Shreds my eyes with

Haunting lullaby's.

Heart shipwrecked on

the reefs of inclination

my soul wails without reservation.

Wickedness you claim as love

spewing honey dipped words

from high above

headlong I swam to catch your tried

heart

to save a delightful way from falling apart.

Spiders crawl through webs of deceit

vapid and cold my body grows sold

absent from the warmth of your

fair-weathered love and heat

and the promises that were told

in riddles of gold

Seed of you will be our

daughter's mold

Who is this man that gain be

that takes my princesses hand

from me

Tis my husband, I pray you see

Truly I love you, but this must be

Spare your graceful words my lady

the sacred garden is my end

Loveless destiny so has been

Why?
